  • A: Service will begin within 60 days of the pre-sale ending. After the pre-sale ends, our projected goal is September. We’ll email you with your personalized cleaning schedule based on your neighborhood’s trash day.

  • A: If you move within Utah County, we’ll happily update your address and continue service. If you move out of the area, you can transfer the remaining time to a friend or family member — or pause your service.

  • Q: Can I get a refund?

  • A: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy after your first cleaning, we’ll give you a full refund — no questions asked.

  • Q: Do I need to be home for service?

By joining, you become a private member of the Stink Stoppers Private Membership Association (PMA). Membership is voluntary and grants access to our bin cleaning and eco-friendly services provided under Clean Earth Ministry.

  • ✔️ I understand this is a Private Membership Association (PMA), not open to the public.
  • ✔️ I receive monthly bin cleaning and sanitation services as a private member benefit.
  • ✔️ I acknowledge that this PMA is operated under Clean Earth Ministry, a private 508(c)(1)(a) faith-based ministry.
  • ✔️ I agree that services provided are acts of ecological and spiritual stewardship under ministry protection.
  • ✔️ I release and hold harmless Stink Stoppers and Clean Earth Ministry from any liability related to the services provided.
  • ✔️ I understand that payment can be made monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on my membership level.
